WooHoo!!!!! I Can Do Tables

Thanks TeacherWoman!!!!

With your help I have put some basic tables into my blog and I personally think they look sharp. They won't help me run faster, or will they? I've been sitting here with my left leg on a chair icing the area of pain that I've been experiencing, so maybe this computer time will actually help me run better...soon.

They do look sharp! Hopefully your leg will respond to ice and rest and you'll be good to go.

How old are your shoes? How many miles on them? Inserts? That's something I always check when pain shows up.

My shoes are less than two months old, they have about 150 miles on them. I'm wearing inserts in them that has helped my planters faciitis immensely.

Love the addition to your blog. Great goals! I like to ice with a bag of frozen peas. It is cheap and easy to handle. New shoes are never a bad idea. Speciality stores are best for runners!! You may be in the wrong shoe all together. Don't forget to do LOTS of stretching throughout the day. It is SO important... trust me :).

I would have never thought of using something like frozen peas as my ice. Maybe frozen berries would work too, as they thaw I couild munch on them.
If the problem is from the shoes it is something that just started, I had done the HM distance back on 4/1 in the same shoes with no adverse effects at that point, and this didn't really manifest itself until Thursday last week after the HM on the previous Sunday.
Doctor put me on some anti-inflammatories this morning and no running until Monday to see if it clears up at all....sigh...
